With sustainability being one of the top priorities for most environmentally-conscious companies, we at Alpa Roof Trusses Inc. incorporate this philosophy into our production process as well. To this effect, the company utilizes over 55 principles and processes pertaining to quality control, sampling, auditing and feedback to optimize lumber usage and prevent any wood waste at the saws. Wood fallout is further repurposed into other products to reduce waste.

Computers
To further boost automation and accuracy, our production team utilizes high-end computers and auto jig machines. This precision is further aided by laser machines that are used to accurately position different components while manufacturing. Our process minimizes setup times while processing lumber and improves the overall production efficiency so that more lumber can be processed in a work day without compromising on accuracy.
